Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms and conditions.

By proceeding with an accommodation booking you agree to these terms and conditions and the campground rules and must ensure your party agrees to, and complies with, these terms and conditions and the campground rules.

Tariffs and Payments
The rates displayed on our website (‘tariff’) are based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes to those items may result in an increase to the tariff and you agree to pay any increase at the time of change.
The tariff quoted is in Australian dollars and current at the time of booking and is inclusive of GST (unless expressly stated otherwise). The tariff only becomes firm upon your payment in full for the specified time and duration.
Any additional charges incurred after check-in must be paid in full at the time they are incurred.
Payment by MasterCard, Visa, credit or debit card, will charge a card surcharge of 1.75% of the total transaction value. The surcharge amount will be displayed at the point of booking before you proceed to payment. We reserve the right to vary the surcharge in accordance with the applicable costs and merchant fees in accepting a credit card payment at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations
A booking cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists between Manyimi Campground and the booking party. This means that you accept the terms and conditions of this booking.
We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your booking.
If you cancel your booking, then the following cancellation policy applies:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund (less transaction fees).
  • If you cancel your booking less than 14 daysbefore your arrival date, you forfeit your full payment.
  • The forfeited payment cannot be transferred to another date or placed in credit for future use without written consent from management or the committee. If granted, future booking using the credit will need to be made with 12 months of the original booking date.
  • Once you have checked in, if you make changes to your booking, such as leave early, you will forfeit the full amount set out in your booking. This is, you will not receive a refund for nights unused.

If you are a no-show without notifying us your booking will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund. That is, you will still be required to pay the full amount set out in your booking. A no-show is when you do not check in on the day of your booking.
Please note: No refund for early departure or late arrival.

Right of refusal/removal

We reserve the right to refuse entry into or removal from the campground:

  • if we reasonably determine that you, or someone in your party, could present a risk to the health or safety of our staff or other guests at the campground; or
  • you or your party fail to comply with these terms and conditions
  • for any other reason we so determine in our discretion (including for our own purposes).

A full refund will be issued if this occurs unless our refusal or removal is because you or your party presents a risk to the health or safety of our staff or other guests at the campground, or because of your breach of these terms and conditions.

Your Party
You must ensure at all times that your party complies with these terms and conditions. You agree that any breach of these terms and conditions by your party is a breach by you.
